About the villa
Villa Maya is located in the villa zone Zora (Dolphin quarter), 50m from the beach with a spacious sea view, 3km from the center of the resort, 35km from the city of Bourgas and 98 km from the airport in Varna. It is located next to a bus stop, a stop for the Nessebar’s aquapark, grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
It was built in 2008. It consists of a 5-storey building. It offers accommodation in studios, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as a mansard(attic) and economy rooms.
Each of the apartments has its own bathroom, shower, terrace, TV, free internet, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning and more. The terraces face south, with some of them overlooking the sea.
All facilities for a completely independent stay are provided. Villa Maya has a summer garden with a gazebo, barbecue and sauna. It is possible to provide parking spaces for cars.
The neighbourhood
“Dolphin” neighborhood is located in the northernmost part of Sunny Beach resort. Villa Maya borders many other family hotels. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and at the same time very close to the attractive and noisier restaurants of the resort. Thus, the neighborhood is suitable for tourists with different tastes. The beach is 5 minutes from Villa “Maya”, the bus stop to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and St. Vlas is at a distance of 20 meters. Around the villa there are numerous restaurants and several supermarkets.
ABOUT US
We are a family from Old Nessebar, which welcomes guests for almost 40 years, despite our main activities as a musician and lawyer. The tradition passed down to us by our parents is to welcome everyone as our personal guest – and this communication makes us happy.
